Are you a hotel?
No. Well, not in the traditional sense. We are certainly not like any “Hotel” you’ve ever been to before. But you can stay the night here, in style.
BOOKINGS
How many people can stay?
The deluxe rooms are fitted out with the comfiest bed fit for 2 people.
What about kids?
We can accommodate little people. Choose the Bay Window type and you will get a room with a daybed.
How much is a night?
Like all accommodation pricing can change depending on demand, season, day of the week, temperature, the moon… head straight to our booking page and select the date you’re after for prices.
I’m In! How do I book?
You can book online via our website or if you would prefer to talk with a human you can call us 24/7 and book over the phone.
Can I buy a Gift Voucher?
Sure can! Contact us to arrange a gift voucher for your loved ones.
YOUR STAY
When can I check in and check out?
Check in at 3PM and check out at 12PM. Yay for sleep ins!
Do you require a key card deposit?
Upon check-in, we’ll charge a deposit of IDR100.000,00 per key card. This deposit will be refunded at check out if you don't take it home with you.
Where can I park my car?
Worry not!
Just leave it to our 24/7 valet staff and your car will be landed safely and sound. Oh by the way, it's free!
What document is required upon check-in?
Please note that for security purposes, you will be asked to provide a valid identity card upon check-in.
Do you have internet?
We sure do! And a Cable TV you can use… along with the most wanted streaming service, Netflix.
Can I smoke in my room?
All rooms are completely non-smoking. If you light up inside the room, we must charge IDR1.000.000,00 smoking penalty to your card, plus taxes.
Can I light up?
Sorry lung busters, no smoking or any fire/flamage for that matter is allowed at PULANG.
Is there food there?
Definitely! You can come up to our rooftop bar and restaurant, Alfresco, and order one of our mouthwatering pizzas. There are welcome snacks also and some drinks included in your mini bar.
BUT, you’re on Kaliurang Street! There’s almost too much choice for you.
Do you have a bathtub?
Nope. Instead of wasting your time in the bathroom, why don’t you walk outside? We have lots of interesting corners to explore.
I’m in a wheelchair, can I get up into the space?
Please contact us to arrange something at the time of booking.
